Led by a group with project management experience at “Big 4” Consulting Firms and Fortune 500 companies, we have helped small, local businesses as well as large media companies design and develop websites, create custom software, automate business applications, integrate systems, and put power into their business with strong internet marketing strategies. We do this affordably and profitably for businesses by using the global power of technology and the internet.

Matt graduated ITT Tech in 2009 with the purpose of advancing his career in digital marketing, animation, video, and coding techniques.

Since then, Matt has held marketing positions with local small businesses hoping to make an impact with their internet marketing departments. He took on the tasks of social media management, content marketing, managing eCommerce websites, analyzing websites, re-code work, various graphics, and voice-overs. Matt has extensive experience with digital marketing and video. Matt has also directed short movies and animations to be used for additional marketing strategies.

In his free time, Matt loves to cycle, watch movies with his wife and kids, and work on house projects.


Andrew earned a degree in multimedia, specializing in the field of digital media technologies, app and web design/development, graphic design, and desktop publishing.

Andrew has been a vital member of the eBizUniverse team for over nine years, re-shaping the media development department into what it is today. He has written complex algorithms to create custom dashboards and reports for clients. Andrew is a true artist with a passion to learn and create. His drive and innovation are some of the things that teammates value from him and we hope you can experience the same.

When Andrew isn’t creating eye-catching apps and websites, he spends his time doing his favorite thing: being a father to his son. Andrew is also known for keeping up with his other passions including: reading, writing, drawing, creating computer graphics, and playing or writing music.


Ron comes to eBizUniverse with a background in digital printer sales to commercial printers, direct mailers, and corporate digital print facilities. After leaving the digital printer sales field, he became enamored with the power that digital marketing can have on quality sales lead generation. Ron is our first point of contact to answer your questions about our services.

Outside of eBizUniverse, Ron spends time with his family of four children, five grandchildren, and extended family members.


Shannon has done web development and motion graphics for over ten years. Throughout her development career she has offered a variety of services including web ready images, short videos, gifs and svg animations.

Shannon’s first foray into video editing and animation was when she was hired to do 3D modeling for a product development company right out of college.

Shannon eventually created a product called Flash-cepts, where along with the company’s end-of-project pitch we would create a small featurette containing all project ideas and conclusions. She has also done graphics work for public access, pharmaceutical consultants, and mock demonstrations of phone apps.


Lisa is experienced in providing strategic, innovative solutions with a “people centered” approach. As a self-motivated, enthusiastic team leader, she move campaigns forward by creating emotional connections that bring brand stories to life and build engagement at every touch-point.

Lisa’s career spans all facets of the marketing industry including mobile, online and traditional applications for some of the world’s leading brands. She is a hands-on collaborator whose goal is to cohesively integrate strategic brand positions across all communication platforms.


Allen is a Google certified marketer who has worked with 50+ brands that spends up to $100,000/Mo in digital ads. He has a track record of delivering 15-20% average monthly growth by leveraging marketing data with Statistical Data Analysis, in which he is certified by Rice University, USA. Allen’s skills include Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Analysis.
