Target:

Reach potential qualified personnel within the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and surrounding area that could fulfill NFPC’s recruitment needs for the remainder of the fiscal year through promoting their job fair.

Project/Company Background:

Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a detachment of Norfolk Naval Shipyard. NFPC’s mission is to design, manufacture and repair propellers for the United States Navy. NFPC is undergoing a hiring process to increase the number of employees needed to support the new Columbia-class submarines. Their workforce designs, engineers, casts and machines specialized products that are required to support this mission. NFPC is in need of radio and online advertisements to reach its recruitment needs. The goal of this project is to reach potential qualified personnel within the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and surrounding area that could fulfill NFPC’s recruitment needs for the remainder of the fiscal year.

Tasks:

Facebook & Instagram Advertisements

  • Produce and Place Ads
  • Result in 1,000 Clicks

Snapchat Advertisements

  • Produce and Place Ads
  • Result in 400 Swipes

Live Read, Sports and Radio Advertisements

  • Write scripts in consultation with NFPC and radio stations
  • Run ads in the Philadelphia media market on: 310 TWIN, KYW News Radio, Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, B101.1 WBEB, 98,1 WOGL, 96.5 TDY and 94.1 WIP
  • Provide 14, 30-second ads broadcasted within 30 minutes of the beginning or end of 14 Phillies games.

Perform Research and Analysis to Understand the Project We start by taking the time to understand the client and the situation completely so we can come up with the most efficient strategy to obtain campaign success. For this, we first began by researching and analyzing the project as a whole. We then discussed the project with the client to better understand the tasks as a whole.
Craft a Custom Strategy and Plan to Attain the Best Possible Result in the Shortest Amount of Time
eBizUniverse coordinated with NFPC to define the content of the advertisements. Then, eBizUniverse wrote the scripts for these digital / social and radio ads in consultation with NFPC and the radio stations. Our team worked diligently to develop, implement and monitor the ads performance while targeting the intended audience.
