WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS

When you choose eBizUniverse, you can rest assured that you are choosing a partner who will work with you to deliver the website or software that is custom designed for you. We cater to your unique needs, whether you are an individual designing a personal website or a conglomerate establishing a worldwide campaign. Each project is evaluated individually and the right resources are assigned from our talented pool of designers, marketers, and programmers.

  • Initial Consultation

We gather initial information on your business and your goals. Based on this information, we will suggest several creative possibilities for the direction of the site. If you have the idea of what the website should look like, we gather this information carefully and design the site based on your specifications.

  • Website Theme Designing

Once your design views are finalized, we start designing your template based on the look and feel you have mentioned in your required specifications.

  • Mock-Ups/Prototype designing

As we commence our work, our design team will produce mock-ups/prototypes of the system you intend to develop. Once this is created, it will be submitted to you for review. After you have approved, we start with the development process based on the approved prototype functionality. We work based on the milestones planned and, during the course of development, you will be shown the status of the website/software.

  • Testing

Once the development is in progress, testing of the modules and forms will be done in parallel. Manual white-box testing will be done by our test team, which will figure out bugs and errors. Once this process is completed, you will be ensured your website/software will be ready to use, and will be deployed for you to continue with beta testing in which clients can ensure the proper working of the software/website and publish for commercial use

  • Revision / Changes

During the course of development or after design finalization after prototype designing, if the client comes up with a change of functionality or design, the new changes will be analyzed and will undergo a change management process and the project plan will be reworked and resubmitted to the client with cost additions and time extensions.
